TRANSLATION:

Why, ANOTHER essay in spanish? Build more minor scales? Do another three hundred math problems and write my speech? Certainly!

Aw come on...what I'd do to be a carefree student again. No mortgage, kids whining about their homework, work, blah blah blah....
The grass is always greener.
So go do your homework, que? :)

I studied for three hours today and then went to the bar. (I graduated college in 1986 and still have to study for interviews... )

Since your light is dark, I assume you are still here in lurker mode. Don't think you can fool me with a silly little invisible option. Mother's know these things. Go study.

Homework, Shmomework.

Use the BottomlessCup System [SUP]TM[/SUP].

Do only your first class's homework at home. Then you do second class's work in the first class, third class in the second class and so on.

It's perfect.

Study hard, young man. The Bottomless Cup system only works assuming you arent likely to be called upon in class. The Spooky method of three hours studying, three hours in a bar only works if you are still sober enough to find your way home. Just remember - men are 4% smarter than women my boy - so you already have a good head start. We will check back with you at the end of the semester. Anything below a 3.0 GPA and I will personally assign you an essay as punishment. Of course it will be in English. Now get that rear in gear.

And now it seems perfectly obvious why, after graduating with honors more than thirty years ago, I still have school-mares in which I'm unprepared for an exam, don't have my paper finished, realized I've never attended a class I enrolled in and forgot to drop, or arrive at class, all right--naked.

I decided "full time student" and dclary were NOT synonymous this semester and slashed my schedule down to one class that, sadly, doesn't even meet a degree requirement lol.

i'm lucky, i got me a good maths teacher this year. he don't care about homework so much, he just wants you to get it right, you know?

my english teacher likes me, luckily.

my history teachers pretty good, which is good.

my art teacher is great, and he's funny.

my other teachers are good too, but i'm not too concerned about those subjects. still though, i gotta do them.

so i'm happy.

Last year, I had an English teacher who absolutely LOVED my writing, but especially my essays.

I had a school-mare where I dreamed that she didn't like me or my writing anymore. She started turning all mean to me and started yelling at me for no apparent reason. In the dream, I was thinking, "What did I do? Why doesn't she like me anymore?"

And then I woke up, found out it was all a dream, and found that there were tears in my eyes.

I just can't completely forget that dream. It was so vivid and seemed so real. I have the weirdest dreams. Some of them I thought were good story ideas. Heh. :D
