Hi All,

I just ran across an online reference on Grammar, Punctuation, and Capitalization by Jane Stauss at: http://www.grammarbook.com/grammar/cnt_gram.asp that many here might find interesting.

I couldn't find out anything about the author's credentials other than the fact than several groups appear to have adopted this reference and several of those who gave it recommendations and testimonials do have impressive academic and teaching credentials.

I must admit that I disagree with some of her rules but point out that such rules are always in flux based on the growth of the lanquage and general usage, but, all in all, I think this is a very good reference and starting point for guiding one's choices.

Hope it may prove of value to all those who have questions in these areas.

I'm glad I'm not the only one attracted to strange grammar books. Although I usually go after the old and well-traveled ones. ;)
