In a non-cat magazine which is so cool. The magazine Quilter's Home had it's first issue and my article was keeping your cats out of your quilters stash. I was thrilled to write for an audience that own cats, but doesn't necessarily understand how to keep them out of mischief.

Oh, keeping a cat out of mischief? You write fantasy, huh?

Just kidding. Congratulations.

Congratulations on your article! I picture a cat tangled up in the quilting materials :D ...but, I guess it isn't funny to the quilter.

Welcome to AW, Country-Writer!! :hi:
I don't know if you've seen the Resource/Markets/Guidelines Sticky thread in this forum. It includes a bunch of links to pet magazine markets.

Keeping a cat out of anything article would be appreciated, I'm sure to those who have us curious felines.

You can write all you want on how to keep us out but we will prevail!

Congrats on your article!

Congratulations! That's super :)

I've found the easiest way to keep my cats out of the quilting supplies was to give up quilting entirely :D Glad to know there's other ways to go about it!

Thank you for the compliment. We are hoping to keep the integrity and intent true- helping cat owners understand their cat.

Since posting this initial post, I have received four more assignments. A girl could get used to this! :)

I'm not at all sure I want to understand my cat. Besides, my cat doesn't care whether I do or not. Cats like to keep secrets.

(just teasing)
