What is a chapter outline? I am guessing...

Chapter:

Sentence. Sentence? Sentence! Sentence! Oh, sentence! Sentence! (Well, not really.....just wanted to spice it up

)

Chapter:

Sentence, sentence, sentence, etc.....

A chapter-by-chapter outline provides one paragraph or so on each chapter. The paragraph describes the action and major plot points of the chapter.
