Has anyone familiar with or heard of "The Bark" magazine? (Yes, I'm serious - it's a quarterly literary magazine about life with dogs)

If so, has anyone had a submission accepted?

I've heard of The Bark magazine, but I don't have any experience with them. It is sometimes called the "New Yorker" of dog magazines. It started out as a small newsletter in Berkley, California and has grown. The link for the writer's guidelines are in the post below:

Thanks oarsman. I had looked at the guidelines and am struggling with whether or not to be the "Renegade Writer" and send a query via email, even though the guidelines say "don't". The additional info you provided on the AW link is most helpful!
