Led Zep has sold a fair amount of its stuff to car makers. The ads don't make me want to buy a car, just more Led Zep.

Maryn, who only has two of their CDs

I always have a soft spot for the Coca Cola song in the 70s. They have a new version now, but I still like the old one.

They don't do jingles much in commercials now. At least good ones.

I liked when Nike picked up John Lennon's Instant Karma

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you right on the head
You better get yourself together
Pretty soon you're gonna be dead
What in the world you thinking of
Laughing in the face of love
What on earth you tryin' to do
It's up to you, yeah you

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna look you right in the face
Better get yourself together darlin'
Join the human race
How in the world you gonna see
Laughin' at fools like me
Who in the hell d'you think you are
A super star
Well, right you are

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Well we all shine on
Ev'ryone come on

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you off your feet
Better recognize your brothers
Ev'ryone you meet
Why in the world are we here
Surely not to live in pain and fear
Why on earth are you there
When you're ev'rywhere
Come and get your share

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Yeah we all shine on
Come on and on and on on on
Yeah yeah, alright, uh huh, ah

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Yeah we all shine on
On and on and on on and on

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Yeah we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun

"The girl's attractive"

Though I can't remember what car the guy is driving :)

Oh, and I love the beat in that new Verizon phone commercial for the chocolate phone. I'd kill for a whole CD of new-wave tribal funky beat.

I like the Foreigner song in the Pepsi commercial with the guy who wants the jeans he used to wear in high school.

Well, I'm hot blooded, check it and see
I got a fever of a hundred and three
Come on baby, do you do more than dance?
I'm hot blooded, I'm hot blooded

Too bad I don't like Pepsi.

I like the background music for the Jockey Commercial where the guy dances in his underwear in front of the camera. It was about two years ago when it came out. I loved that commercial and haven’t seen it since - miss that guy.

Rock and Roll by Led Zeppelin, Cadillac I think. It makes me happy every time. I just can't stand it, the riff is awesome.

Tattoo Tony in his cool muscle shirt

Who help me through the day and make me feel good

'Hello Mother, Hello Father, ...'
i can't remember it all right now or even what product is being advertised. the kid is writing from camp...

that one, and the Coke song already mentioned, and 'my Bologna has a first name...' also mentioned.

ohhh, don't forget..'I wish I were an Oscar Myer Weiner, cause that is what I've always wanted to be...'
and the other hot dog one...'Fat ones, skinny ones, even ones with chicken pox..'
wait, are those the same one? or is the last one Armour Hot Dogs? ('the dogs kids love to eat')
those Hot Dog guys used to make some fun jingles.

Not a doubt - Crocker Bank commercial – The Carpenters

We've only just begun to live,
White lace and promises
A kiss for luck and we're on our way.
And yes, We've just begun.

Before the rising sun we fly,
So many roads to choose
We start our walking and learn to run.
And yes, We've just begun.

Okay - this will age me, I know, but...

"Meet the Swinger, Polaroid Swinger. It's more than a camera, it's almost alive, it's only 19 dollars and 95."

God, I wanted one of those cameras!

Oh, and

" . . . stronger than dirt!" (done to the last part of a Doors tune, I believe)

i also like the HP picture printer song. I don't know how it goes.
(the commercial where the guy holds up the different empty frames and it changes to a printed picture of his face.)
