I've been up all night (25 hours and 23 minutes, yeayea!). You know how you get those weird urges after an all nighter? Well, my current urge is to cook.

Not just anything, I might add. I want to cook lemon chicken! It'll be damn good.

Anyone have a good recipe for it? Or any other recipe that you think I might like to try?

It'd be nice if someone could email me a blender as well... XD

I made it once but I took the lazy way out. I bought boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a lemon marinara sauce. Then I just baked it in the oven.

It wasn't the best but it was edible.

I take an even easier way out of making Presbyterian chicken all the time. Once everything is mixed together (chicken is pre-cooked). You have to cook it an hour or something after mixing and blah blah blah. It's still the best dish in the world.

I have skinless, boneless chicken thawing right now, actually. Hehe. I got the urge to take it outof the freezer yesterday, but I didn't have a reason. I must be psy~*~chic.

I watch food network enough, I should know how to make it, but ahh....
I could just throw stuff together and see what happens. Hmmm.

This is with lime, not lemon, but it's really good

Make a marinade;
1/2 cup cannola oil
Zest and juice from 4 limes
A generous dash of Worchestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
a dash of cayenne pepper

Cut the chicken breasts in halfs so that they become thinner, marinade them at least two hours in a plastic bag. Broil them. Serve with saffron rice, and garden salad.

That sounds pretty good. I think I have a lime somewhere in the fruit bowl.

Does it taste much different if I used normal pepper? I used up the last of my cayenne pepper quite some time ago. I never think to pick some up whenever I run to the store.

Thank you for the recipe! :D

That'd make a good horror movie spoof...

A cannibal who enjoys the finer things added to their human meals. One scene - cannibal brutally hunts down and kills someone. Next scene - cannibal breading the meat and adding lemon to it.

Normal pepper works just fine, but don't get it in your eyes.

The trick is to add just a lil' bit oh honey and season it with love.
