Or Born Again's, when refering to the group as a whole. Agains, right? It's not belonging to them--it is about them.

Can you give it as a sentence you're putting together? I'd want to say Agains - if you're saying something akin to: They were a bunch of Born-Agains.

There's another way to refer to them as a whole, though. "They were all Born Again Christians (put the s there) chrisitans, pagans, what have you.

I'll be corrected if this is wrong, so hang on a sec and someone else will come :D

I'd hyphenate for clarity. I would also capitalize because the narrator is giving them his own tongue-in-cheek title, is he not?

On the other hand, the Born-Agains are scared to death to walk into my shop.
