I decided to focus my energy on my novel and try to bang that out this month. I was getting a little too scattered.

Wow...way to go, Emily!!!

I'm still convinced I'll be able to pound out my short by the 10th, but I'm also distracted by a new novella, as well as constantly checking my email just in case the epub I recently submitted to has come to an early decision. I'm trying not to go crazy with anticipation...

I'm giving myself until the end of the month for the 1st draft. Currently working on a novella, but I will get to the short story.

I've gotten a little distracted with the Novel thingy. And trying to finish the forbidden fruit peice up. I may or may not make it but what the hell.

I hope you did something for your birthday to celebrate the 12,000 words.
