If you had a book with a small pub that's since sold its digital distribtion rights to one of the monsters of manhattan would you exercise an escape clause to get out of your contract you have with publisher #1 based on the pitiful amount of sales?
I only found out about this by accident when an old friend came across my author page with publisher #2 and linked me to it. I realize they don't know I exist, but I'm just wondering if there's anything at all to be gained by not trying to get my rights back.
Thanks for any light you might shed.
