This is what's called link-dropping; you copy a url and that's it. No context. That's not engaging.
When it's a worthwhile article, it does the piece and you a disservice, because it makes you look like a spammer.
It's also a little odd to place it in a forum called Office Party.
Please don't do this. Also, using all caps on the Internet is generally considered shouting. It's kinda rude.
