An agent said she really liked my plot! She had some other problems with the book that kept her from taking me on, but eh... maybe the next agent will like my style more. Otherwise, time to do more revising... In the meantime, at least I know not all agents would be immediately turned off by my stabbity-girl story! (This is a novel about a burly female warrior with ludacrious durability who can get run through and keep fighting, shrug off mortal wounds etc.)
