Is a Uni Education Worthwhile?

If nothing else, that's the most water I've seen in the Murray for a good long while.

I was in Tocumwal last week. Hell of a lot of water around.

I'm glad to hear it. I lived along the Murray during a couple of drought years. You could walk across an almost-dry river bed from Vic to NSW.

Murray yes, Darling not so much. Though with the wet summer at least there's some water still in it, it hasn't all been stolen by Big Cotton. In previous years it was a dry creek bed at Wilcannia (once a bloody port).

One of the books that I will probably never get around to writing will be about paddle steamers at Wilcannia.
