To buy E.B. White's farmhouse, complete with the actual barn, lovingly and beautifully preserved (swing intact).
Asking price is $3.7 mil USD. If we all chip in though....
The farmhouse is from the 1700s, boasts six woodburning fireplaces, an enormous woodfire cookstove, boathouse and private dock, oceanfront, large pond, oh, yeah and THE BARN IN WHICH CHARLOTTE AND WILBUR LIVED.
Btw, for grammar nerds, E.B. White of Charlotte's Web fame is also half of Strunk & White (the White half), so I'm sure there are also some proper semicolons still floating about.
