A few observations -

(1) If your name isn't Roy C. Booth or Jorge Salgado-Reyes, you might have a problem getting published with the company.

(2) The "about" section talks about now being a great time to self-publish. Not sure why a publishing company, ostensibly looking for authors, would say something like that, unless their business model is to provide services to "indie authors" in which case there seems to be some static in the message.

(3) They review books? Apparently. Not sure why. From the outside looking in, it seems to be a wholly disposable part of the business that doesn't add anything to the core. They've got conflicting information on the Review page and then the "Writers Bloc" link.

Summary:
Indie Authors Press appears, for the most part, to be a publishing vehicle for Roy C. Booth and Jorge Salgado-Reyes to put out anthologies. There aren't many standalone works from anybody else, and of those, one appears to be non fiction about systems processing and the other appears to be a collection of poetry from somebody who is possibly related to Mr. Salgado-Reyes.

The wording on the "about" section flirts with the idea of being a service provider for authors interested in self-publishing, but does not go into any detail about who/what/why/how much. That makes it difficult to assess the effectiveness/value of what may be provided.
