OMG, I get to meet BILLY COLLINS today!!!

Billy Collins is coming to Asheville and I get to see him speak and get him to sign a book for me.

So need the boost of wonderful today.

It was fantastic. He's hilarious. We got to talk with him for a little while at the signing and it was a special treat that my daughter wanted to go to a poetry reading with me. (They had been assigned his book Aimless Love for part of their summer reading.

It was really great. A much needed boost.
