Puddle Jumper

How about we list what we think are some of the best songs?

Some of my favorites come from movies.

"Sound the Bugle" by Bryan Adams in "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron"

"At the Beginning" by Richard Marx and Donna Lewis in "Anastasia"

"Into the West" by Annie Lennox in "Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King"

"Once and for All" by various actors in "Newsies"

"Hey Ya" Outkast - Catchy little tune. Makes me smile whenever I hear it. Overplayed when it first came out but it'll stand the test of time. Trust me.

"Magic Carpet Ride" Steppenwolf - I like a heavy guitar riff. What can I say?

"American Pie" Don McLean - Just out of spite of the CNN poll that someone posted in another thread. Plus it's a great song.

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" Nirvana - I'm biased on this one. There's so many great Nirvana songs I like. This is one should be mentioned here somewhere.

KoRn: "Right Now"

Dream Theater: "Lifting Shadows Off A Dream"

Tori Amos: "Winter"

Lynyrd Skynyrd: "Simple Man"

Evanescence: "My Immortal"

I also love Metallica's cover of the song "Astronomy," but I have no idea who did the original song.

KTC, looks like it's you and me (and PSG) against the world.

I'd start with robeiae, but that'd be too obvious....
