Where to post my sex tape?

I know there are revenge websites devoted to this very thing--MyCheatingExGirlfriend.com sort of thing (I just made that up but there is probably a website with that name). For a story I think I would make up my own revenge website name.

Or one of the big porn websites.

That is super illegal, and fairly famous romance writer would have a lawsuit against the hotel chain similar to Erin Andrews.

The KGB used to use filmed encounters for blackmail. In one fairly famous case (well, for espionage buffs) they filmed a Saudi prince who, far from being blackmailed, asked if they could provide him with copies for his friends...

Gawker used to pay, but I don't know who has replaced them. TMZ is a potential, but they're somewhat legit. But I bet TMZ knows who to contact. You've also find a bunch of hacked pictures of actresses, which I don't know who the original host was but with some back tracing, it would probably show up.

If you're not looking for money, Red Tube is a possibility.

Personally I'd invent a website and set it up as you like. Lawsuit probability is high here.

I agree with just creating your own website and make it known to the world in your book. Easiest option.

Facebook and Youtube will take it down, but not before some serious circulation and damage has been done. Share the link to hot, trending posts in spam comments and there you go. Or upload it wherever and stuff it with trending, popular hash tags, relevant or not. Bait audiences with hashtags concerning BLM, animal abuse, free puppies, porn, social justice issues, big girls dancing, gore (live executions), funny cats etc. and people will find it even if they don't want to.
These types of videos will always get taken down quickly, but if you choose the right tag bait and platform, they can do irreparable damage within minutes. I don't speak from sex tape experience specifically but, y'know, most hot content is illegal, but its brief accessibility is intense if signage is right.

Two last sites to suggest are Reddit and 4chan.org. You know how successful regulars of 4chan are in disseminating sleeze if you're at all familiar with Gamer Gate. Reddit is much the same; it's not dedicated to sleeze, but a number of its subredits would dearly love to take such a video and humilate the author just for fun.

I'm drawing a blank on a couple of websites...ah, LiveLeak, for starters. They've hosted ISIS videos, I think. Also Heavy.com and Ebaumsworld. Ogrish was the other one I was drawing a blank on.

I'll add a couple of links at the end here, too.

Consider too the possibility of turning the video into an animated GIF, maybe as a teaser threat. Those are small files that don't take up a lot of space, and are easily emailed. There are probably dozens of sites to convert video-to-gif.

Unless the sex itself is entertaining, how many non-romance readers are going to care about sex tape featuring (to them) some random stranger? Aren't there porn sites for amateur videos? Unless the sex tape goes out to people who recognise the woman, how is she going to be embarrassed?
Do any of the big Romance conventions show videos? Say, book trailer videos?
Your blackmailer books a slot to promote 'his book', adds a bit of filler at the beginning, maybe suggesting something steamy to get eyes on the screen, then let's 'er rip. You've got an audience who will recognise the woman at once, (if the studly dude is a cover-model, so much the better) and who will spread the story far and wide.
Other than than, yeah, make up a site.
