self publishing in other countries

Amazon has a Kindle Spanish store as part of Amazon.com.

There's also 24Symbols, an online store that started in Spain and now has a NYC office. You can access them by publishing through Draft2Digital. i don't think I've ever sold anything through them, but my books aren't in Spanish.
