Reputation Comment

A reputation is like a sticky note, like a short message, or telegraph. If someone likes your post and wants to say: 'haha', or 'so true', or 'lol' then they can click on the star below your avatar and type the message. If you look at top of the page where there's Notifications, My Profile, Settings and Log Out. If you click on settings then you get to see the reputation comments people have given you.

It's a quick way to send a short message.
