I had frequent toothaches, then I had my wisdom teeth removed. Would have had them pulled sooner if I had had insurance. I had them totally knock me out, first time I ever experienced that. I think I was kicking when I finally woke up and I believe the nurse was holding my legs down. I think that's interesting. I never wake up kicking and screaming, so I wonder if the knock-out drug affects us differently than regular sleep.Blackheart said:You have my word on it.

I have some bad teeth in the back, mostly from lack of calcium after having a baby...then I ate ice because I had iron deficiency...I had one pulled a few weeks ago and it only took 2 minutes!!!! Find a good dentist. I need about two more pulled and will be going back soon. Take my word for it, you will feel much better if you go to the dentist and just face the music.

soak a small bit of a cotton ball in clove oil. place directly on the painful tooth. it works wonders. even if you buy over the counter toothache pain stuff, it's usually in a clove oil base.

When I got a serious case of dry socket after having my wisdom teeth pulled, my dentist packed the socket with a mixture of clove oil--sweet relief!
