The topic title mostly says it all. The prompt I'm submitting to closes on the 31st, so I'd like it sooner than later if possible. In exchange, I'll beta-read your short story too. Or beta on IOU if you don't currently have one ready. Or help with ideas. Whatever works for you :).

The story is about a soldier who must uncover a traitor among his own before they can steal the top secret weapon ferried aboard the train.

I think I got here late as well. But something around 1900's is what I've been trying to write as well. A short story too. Is the offer for reading that story still open?
