I'm likely congratulating myself a little bit early but after five years of writing on and off, I've finally stayed focused enough on one story to reach halfway, just over 70,000 words. Hopefully, in a few months time it will be finished completely and then I may have earned the right to class this as an actual accomplishment but after a tough year, I am going to take anything as an achievement that I can.
