A few weeks ago my electric Jenn-Air wall (built in) oven died. It was nearly 20 years old and cannot be serviced. I'm going to need a new oven, preferably electric since this is what the built in is equipped to handle.
Since an oven isn't replaced often, I'd like to get a very good one. The one I had was a single oven, but is there a real advantage to a double oven or are those just for "real" bakers? Can anyone recommend specific brands or styles of electric wall ovens? Anything to avoid?
