Sold My First Story!!!

It took me ten years to get to this point, but today I got an email informing me that my story "The Nimrod Lexicon" has been selected for inclusion in Bards and Sages' Great Tomes anthology next year!!! I never thought this would happen. My stuff is going to be in freaking PRINT! This is a dream come true.

I want to say thank you to those who've critiqued my stuff in SYW and who have posted helpful threads. This forum has been very good.

Oh I AM! I'm telling people as fast as I can type and send emails. I didn't expect to hear from them until the contest was long over, but I guess since they've got several more contests after this, the system is different. Oh well. I gotz credz.

Thank you all, again. I've been writing more short stories like a fiend since the one got accepted. Makes me wonder if I should give the novel business a break for awhile? I seem to have found a good thing here.
