Many PBS outlets are starting to air this series tonight. Originally broadcast 25 years ago, it has been re-mastered. Runs for five nights.

I can't remember if I watched it the first go around or not. So I have the DVR set for all week.

I'm going to tune in. I'm a Civil War kind of a gal. I have it on DVD (naturally), but for some reason I feel like watching it as it's broadcast on PBS. It's a bit like seeing a movie on TV, and you own it, but you never think to put in the DVD, but there it is, and you remember how much you love it, and . . .
