Ottoman isn't a language, it's an empire. The official language was Ottoman Turkish, but there were many other languages used (Wikipedia might be helpful here). You need to be a lot more specific with your questions before you post here.

One of the few Turkish words I know is the word for "lion". It's "aslan", which is where CS Lewis got the name for his character in the Narnia Chronicles.
