I've searched the forum but haven't found a thread on SpeckLit (http://specklit.com/) yet. They're a paying market offering $5 for each story of exactly 100 words (plus title and a little author's note).

I've had a few stories (http://specklit.com/blog/category/fliction/dionne-obeso/) published by them, and they've been a good market.

Thank you for the information, TheWordFairy! I've added it to the flash fiction market index (http://absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?59234-INDEX-OF-FLASH-FICTION-MARKETS-Last-fully-verified-on-21st-February-2015).

Is there a reading period, or do I just submit?

Always check a market's guidelines, because they might change. SpeckLit makes decisions quarterly (four times a year) but I believe they're essentially always open for submissions. You have to be approved to submit to them.
