I’m seeing a lot about how applicants must be up to your awesome standard, and not so much about what you’re offering in return, aside from the glory of being your crit partner. Just saying. Not a hugely positive sales pitch to hear that you find critting too much work and kind of unenjoyable unless the WIP is great already, while holding your hand out for a gift.
(PS, not a criticism, but a suggestion in the hope a more positive approach gets you more applicants to choose from)
