Here we are, heading into tournament time. Just about everybody is clinging to the Kentucky bandwagon, and it's hard not to, so I'll go there as well. I think they win it all, unbeaten, the first team to do that in 40 years.
But who else is going to get far along in the Big Tourney? Virginia? Duke? Gonzaga?
I'm going with Wisconsin; best big man in the nation (Kaminsky) and lots of other weapons.
How about dark horses? Seems to be one or two every year. I'll suggest Northern Iowa. Nasty, suffocating defense, efficient, disciplined offense, depth, and a power forward playing center (Tuttle) who can do about everything. Their style of play is really difficult to deal with, especially if you haven't played them before.
Your projections?
