Hi all, would it be correct to say that someone , after researching something on google, "pulled up" certain information? What is the correct lingo?
Thanks

That would work. "Pulled up" sort of has a connotation of checking someone or someone out (Mary pulled up the information on Tony Sinatra to make sure he wasn't a serial killer), but it's okay even if the user is just casually researching something (Bob pulled up the list of books written by Harry Smith).

Also: looked up (Mary looked up information on the new restaurant on the Internet).

Sounds right to me--I say similar things all the time. Let me pull up that webpage and see. Pull up the movie times, will you? I thought I wanted to try that restaurant, but I pulled up the menu and wasn't impressed.
