I finished!

So after 3-4 months of writing compulsively every day until I thought I would pass out, I finished my MS! It's complete at about 92k words, and I just finished the second round of revisions. I also just fired it off to beta readers. Here's to hoping that some of them will actually read it.

I'm just amazed that the thing got done. It feels amazing!

Finishing a complete manuscript is a triumph! I've met at least a dozen would-be writers in the outside world that have told me about the novel they've started -- and, when I ask about it later, very few have ever crossed the finish line.

Pop open a bottle of champagne. You deserve it.
