Cliff - how are you doing?

It's been slightly over a year since I had a cigarette, but I'm still finding it difficult to quit the e-cig. I've been trying, but nothing's really been sticking yet.

It's those darn "break" moments, where I'm in-between doing things and just want to relax for a minute - that's when I keep falling back onto the e-cig.

Karen, that is just magnificent! And it's a new one on me, as a quitting-smoking method.

Welcome to AW, too. And yes, I agree, there's a lot of awesome in AW.
