Recently i read Emilie Richards ' Wedding Ring'. I loved the book but what impressed me was when i went to her website i left a note in her guestbook telling her how i enjoyed her work. She took the time to write me back. I was surprised to say the least. Its the little touches like that i think that make all the differences with the fans.
