View Full Version : introducing myself-sources for experts

HI Everyone, I'm new to this forum (filled out a small profile as well). I'm a freelance writer and also a life & career expert. I'm hoping to network here and also find other experts on various topics for stories I am working for, and I hope some of you will want to use my expertise in relationships, careers, beauty, and travel, as well.

For reasons I don't want to get into, I no longer use Writers Weekly's sources for stories forum when I need experts and in fact, I just started my own resource at: http://advicesisters.net/phpbb2/index.php to avoid dealing with them--but I am wondering if there are other places to either get experts for quotes, or be an expert?

Any advice would be helpful!

Not sure if this belongs in Story Research or Announcements & Self-Promotion but I'm going send it to the former and let three seven decide.

Check out the "Story Research-Experts & Interviewees Wanted" Section here. There is a sticky thread that lists experts on a variety of subjects. Be sure and add your name & expertise to the list.
