I'm getting ready to submit a piece of flash fiction and they ask for a short bio. Looking over their site and other flash places, the bio is usually 2-3 sentences.

I'm not too sure what to put in there. What do you like in those - straight shooting info, humorous bit, or interesting fact... or...?

When I had to write my bio, I found this blog post (http://annieneugebauer.com/the-organized-writer-2/writers-bio-template/)that was really helpful (no, it isn't me). It has a template that you can use to make a small or longer bio. Good luck.

Ah, that to both of you. I'm gonna read them both now.

On a side note and totally unrelated. Fruitbats are among my favorite animals.

Fruitbat, that was very helpful. Toot that horn away! I'm still working out the details but I have a direction now.
