Types of communicable disease

I need a list of basic, broad categories of transmittable diseases. All I've been able to think of so far are:

- Bacteria
- Viruses
- Fungi
- Parasites

Are there other categories that I'm missing? I haven't been able to find a list like this online (probably because I don't know the correct key word to research).

You pretty much had it.
-bacteria
-viruses
-fungi
-protozoa
-helminths

You could tack on prions if you wanted.

Don't forget arthropods, e.g. lice or scabies.

There are also very rare transmissible cancers.
