According to the
Dutch Wikipedia page for the show, the Luxemburg-based cable company RTL4 broadcast it for the Dutch audience from 1992 - 1994. Nickelodeon reran it in 2004 - 2005 and 2010, and it's currently playing on TeenNick.
(I originally asked my better half, who grew up in the Netherlands and gave me a very good explanation of the extremely complex way that TV shows ended up on Dutch TVs in the late 80's and early 90's. But his best answer was, "it's entirely plausible". Wikipedia was better.)
Note that it will have been broadcast with the original soundtrack and Dutch subtitles, as all TV shows and films not aimed at kids below the age of literacy are here.
