During a bipartisan meeting earlier today President Obama laughed off an assertion by Rick Perry that Hawaii wasn't really a state anyway, it was just an island.
Having seen many, many pictures of that face in this state, it's safe to say he's not actually frowning. That's him making a funny/laughing face, and I'm not joking. He's trying not to laugh at whatever the rest of them are laughing at, and failing miserably.
President Obama could only chuckle when he considered how easily he'd dispatched Colorado Governor Hickenlooper at the pool table just yesterday.
