The sad thing about my area is that places like Lou Malnati's wouldn't last why? They love Domino's Papa Johns and all that. Or go to WAL-MART. Is sad that in this area Italian restaurants are basically heating up Chef Boyardee and putting it on a fancy plate. bleh.
I make my own pizza though... thin crust with Provolone, Mozzarella, Parmesan.
