Methionine synthase and Methylmalonyl CoA
I know what symptoms arise but I don't know the chronological sequence. For instance with the Methionine which is the homocysteine conversion - you can get heart attacks as homocysteine builds up, you can get DNA cellular dysfunction, and you can get anaemia. But in which order?

I would bet that it's a fair assumption to think that that heart attack is the last thing that happens. If you're sure you need this level of detail for the story, I recommend a university journal database.
