Wasn't sure where to post this, but I found a pretty cool android app for keeping track of writing progress. It's called Writeometer. I downloaded it a few months ago and only recently started using it, but from my memory I think it was free. It's actually incredibly polished looking and has a widget that shows progress for your word count. You are awarded "guavas" for good performance and there is an area with gift boxes and you can determine what the awards are. For instance "go to a movie" would cost however many guavas you determined it's worth. Or "spend time on AW" (ha ha).
It also has a timer and writing log. And you can set writing alerts for yourself as well.
Anyway, just thought I'd let folks know.
