Is there a place online anyone knows where one could talk to a random person and open up about their depression? I'm imagining a live, chat-room style environment, or some kind of instant messaging app.
Also, sometimes it helps me to talk to other people and try to resolve their issues. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate part of this message board to do that (I sincerely thought it might be), but fire away.
