So, if the police are looking for someone, when do they do a "Be on the lookout" as opposed to an "All points Bulletin?"
She's a Federal Protected witness and she bolts when the Marshals are moving her from one location to another.
Not sure if this would make her a fugitive or not, she has been threatened with jail if she doesn't testify, and she has not yet testified.
Just looking for what her case agent is going to say when she calls 911 or calls her office (and there's another question, is she on the phone with the USMS office or is she going to want to get to dispatch?) The witness has been threatened, it's a RICO thing, she's testifying against her ex-husband.
