Two rejections in one day!

Usually they trickle in about one a week.

Today, I got two.

And, I got jilted last night by my former lady. Absolutely jilted.

I'm telling ya, I'm either gonna celebrate or break windows.

So, I celebrate.

I'm too busy collecting rejections to take the pledge. I've been rejected every week this year by something. Except for the week I got published.

And, I've been published twice this this year, so it totally works.

I recently learned how to wallpaper with any kind of paper. (I saw a home fix-up show that used subway maps, followed by one that used sheet music.) Let me know when you have enough to do a wall...

I prefer my "rejection drawer". Everytime I feel special I open my drawer.

Wallpaper is space that could be used for the copious notes for my next book! Why would I waste that space with rejection slips?!

I prefer Steven King's spike that he pierced each rejection with... though I don't think its legal to do that to your lady.

I'm so sorry about the lady. The rejections too. But worse than rejections is the horrid No Response...and then after you send them a polite 'I was wondering about the status of my submission...' letter, still no response.

If I were there (or you were here) I'd say let's paint the town red, celebrate, and then break windows! Arghhhh :e2fight:
