Thank you to one and all. Sixty-eight ain't so bad...yet, but the day's not over...yet.

Since my 2-1/2 yo came along, I've felt like I was in my fifties. 'Course, before that, I felt like I was in my thirties. I guess 2-1/2 adult years is 30 kid years (and puppy years). Now, I know what it feels like to feel old, like Haggis, Porter, and Chase, but not Susie - she's forever young. ...and ssshhhhaaakkkyyy.

I enjoy getting on Auntie Vernie's nerve.
It provides me with vim, vigor, and verve.

She's not one you want on your bad side.
Still, she's always a lady, never cruel or snide.

I'm sure she considers me a man of class,
Although she knows that I'm a real...smart-alec.
