I wrote 10,000 words today (the last 10,000) of my epic fantasy. It's done now (all 206,590 words, 686 pages, and 63 chapters of it). Finishing such a long manuscript, the longest I've ever written by far, does feel quite good.
I'll worry about that whole "getting published" thing later. For now, I'm happy to be finished with it, and I think it's finally the story I want to tell. Maybe this will allow me to work on something new.
