Seriously, this was way more than a little vague in my opinion.
I e-mailed an agent from ICM and literally less than 5 minutes later she writes back and says, (and this is a direct quote of the email in its entirety) "Please send it in, thanks."
Um, what does that mean? Send the query snail mail instead of e-mail? Send the whole manuscript?
I shot her an e-mail to find out.

I just checked my e-mail and it means send the whole manuscript in! Oh my fetching heck! (That's not really what I'm saying on this end.
