I'm Alexandra Cabot.

I don't know what that means; I've never seen the show.

Rob :)

I'm not as familiar with names outside of the main two. Could you post the picture? Just right click and left click on properties and highlight and copy the url for the image, then post the image here.

I believe her title is District Attorney. I believe she left the show and is going to be reprising her character in a kind of spin-off series about young prosecutors.

At least I'm hot...

That picture of Mariska Hargitay (the one at the top) doesn't do her justice. With that hairdo and the look on her face, she looks a bit manish. But actually, she's a straight up fox. Even hotter than the blond.

I'm the blond chick, as well.

I can't get the picture thing to work.
It said I was Elliot.

I wanted to be Olivia.

03-02-2006, 07:18 PM
I love this show and all of the extant versions.

It said I was Alexandra. She's hot, but I'd prefer not to be her.

03-02-2006, 07:31 PM
I got Cragen. Geeze.

Whoohoo! I'm a hot blond!

Whoohoo! I must be blond, I can't make the HTML work! *ducks and runs*

I wanted to be Richard Belzer's character, dammit!

Maryn, also Alexandra Cabot

Also Alexandra Cabot. I even look like her, apparently.

03-02-2006, 09:15 PM
I got Fin Tutuola. The only thing cooler would have been Belzer.

John Munch (Richard Belzer) is perhaps the coolest TV cop ever. The Munch character has now appeared in four different series. That has to be a record. Originally, he was with the Baltimore PD in "Homocide: Life on the Street," which is the best cop show EVER, btw. He appeared in the original Law & Order in a couple of crossover episodes and also showed up in a good episode of the X-Files. Now he's not featured nearly enough on SVU. While I do find Mariska quite attractive, the main characters should be Munch and Ice-T (he should go by Ice-T in the show).

Oh, I *love* Homicide. I adore Andre Braugher. I didn't realize Munch had been on an X-files episode though. I always thought Belzer was so cool -- I remember seeing him in the movie Night Shift (remember that one where Michael Keaton and the Fonz ran a whorehouse out of the morgue?) as a hit man or something and thought he was the best part of the movie.

Mariska IS attractive, but I think the character of Olivia has done about all she can do at this point. I'd definitely like to see Fin and Munch have more screen time, just for the Cool Factor.

Oh, I *love* Homicide. I adore Andre Braugher.

Yeah, Det. Frank Pembleton was hardcore. I think they did the last season without him. It was good, but just not the same. Possibly the best episode though was when Lewis and Kellerman had trapped drug kingpin Luther Mahoney and were about to arrest him. Instead, Kellerman shot Mahoney dead in the chest.

I like Belzer's character the best. I saw that X-File but can't remember what happened in the show.

I saw that X-File but can't remember what happened in the show.

SciFi Channel reran that ep a few weeks ago. It was a flashback ep of sorts, involving the Lone Gunmen and the first time they met Mulder. I believe that Munch was interrogating the LG's, and eventually let them go.

The character of John Munch, as played by Richard Belzer, has the distinction of being on seven different TV shows. "Law and Order," "L&O: SVU," "L&O: Trial by Jury," "Homicide: LoTS," "The X-Files," "Arrested Development," and "The Beat."

Incidently, add me to the "Olivia Benson" list.

I'm Elliot Stabler.

Unfortunately. this means nothing to me.

I got Cragen. Geeze.
I got that the first time and changed an answer to better represent me and got Benson. Funny thing was that I never answered any of the questions with the "old" answers.

I love this show and all of the extant versions.
I love this show too but I haven't been able to get as much into the others. CI a little only because the guy cop in that is so quirky and odd that I think he's cool and rather like him, though I wouldn't want to meet someone like him in person because he likes to invade people's personal space and get right up in their face and that would annoy me. But I love watching him on the show.

But SVU is my fav because I love the two main cops in this one - Stabler and Benson. It seems that every show I've ever loved has been the result of characters who seem to reach deep into me and draw me into their lives. They're very strong characters (meaning the actors are very talented) and there's a certain level of personality that I'm attracted to. Characters I wouldn't mind hanging out with in real life if they were real people.

That picture of Mariska Hargitay (the one at the top) doesn't do her justice. With that hairdo and the look on her face, she looks a bit manish. But actually, she's a straight up fox. Even hotter than the blond.
I agree that the haircut is lousy and does look too manly or boyish. I don't think she meets Hollywood's beauty standards but I think she is a pretty lady and the fact that her prettiness wouldn't match Hollywood standards is something I like. I tend to despise Hollywood's over use of sex-appeal using anorexically thin women and I'm not sure how to describe what their standard for beauty is for guys. But I love her character in the show, absolutely fabulous character, one of the best I've seen on tv.

I'm Elliot Stabler.

Unfortunately. this means nothing to me.
He is totally hot. I find him very attractive. Wish you had posted his image.

Mariska's got plenty of sex appeal, but I still say Munch and Ice-T should be the leads.

I'm Alexandra Cabot, too.

03-04-2006, 04:48 AM
I'm Olivia, & I'm happy with that, but it would have been pretty cool to be Munch or Tutuola.

I would have never become interested in the show if that were so. I like their characters but not as the center focus, I definitely prefer Benson and Stabler who are the only reason I watch. I do like that psychologist guy, kinda creepy.

Here I am... well, except for the troubled past, yeah, ok it's good. My childhood was very boring.

Puddle Jumper

Although they used the word "painful" not "troubled." I saw an episode where she said that her own mother had been raped and she was the product and that's why she said her mother could never truly love her. Every time she looked at her daughter she was reminded of the rape. So yeah, I don't have that kind of a history fortunately. Makes me mad at the mom though - if she wasn't willing to love her own daughter like she should, she should have tried giving her up for adoption when she was born. Just my opinion though.
