coz it makes me laugh. It's very dated. Australia's Norman Gunston interviews Sally Struthers.

Enjoy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW2kSkurQFs).

ETA: It might not be funny to Americans nowadays. Or it might. I'm not sure. The Brits will like it - also the Aussies.

That was genius!

Sort of like Dennis Pennis but not as nasty. And Sally Struthers was brilliant. She has a great laugh.

Old interview, obviously before Sally tried to eat her way across Africa...

No idea who she is to be honest.

Maybe it could just be a happy thread, without the fat-shaming?

Hilarious, but to be honest I had a difficult time paying attention to what he was saying at first as I was so fascinated with his comb-over:D

The comb-over was truly stunning. Looks very sticky and uncomfortable.

Maybe it could just be a happy thread, without the fat-shaming?My thoughts exactly. I don't see why the shape of someone's body makes them a fair target for ridicule from strangers.

Old interview

1975! Gunston also famously was on the spot in November 1975 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9hZ7kjgFh4) when the PM was dismissed. It's all remarkably civilised given the circumstances.

obviously before Sally tried to eat her way across Africa...How charming.
